The short version: health readings stay on your device, the account layer is on a server, and the only third party that can ever receive anything derived from your readings is Anthropic — with your explicit permission, which is off by default.

Account information: the email address you sign in with, or the identifier your Apple or Google sign-in provides. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, we receive only the relay address.

Health readings from Apple Health, which are stored on your device and are not collected by us.
Supabase hosts the account layer — sign-in, goals, preferences. It holds no health data.
Anthropic receives a description of a finished week or month only when you have turned on AI narration: the findings you were shown, and the average, usual figure, extremes and coverage for each measurement you recorded — never the readings themselves, and nothing that identifies you. See "How your health data is used" for the full list, and the AI narration screen for a worked example of the actual request. Anthropic deletes what is sent to them within thirty days, and may keep it for up to two years if their automated safety systems flag it.
Nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers. There is no analytics or crash-reporting service in the app.
AI narration is off unless you turn it on, and can be turned off at any time with immediate effect.
Which health categories the app may read is controlled by you, in the Health app.
You can delete your account and everything held with it from inside the app, in Profile. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. For access to or correction of your account data, contact support@biomarkersiq.com.
