BiomarkersIQ reads measurements you already record and describes what they did, compared against your own history.
It makes no diagnosis, offers no treatment, and predicts nothing.
It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated by any regulator as one.
Nothing in the app is medical advice. If something concerns you about your health, speak to a clinician, and do not delay doing so because of anything the app did or did not say.
The app reports what your devices recorded. A reading it shows you is only as accurate as the device that took it, and the app cannot tell a real measurement from a faulty one in every case.
Where it can tell that a reading is not a plausible measurement, it reports the period as unmeasured rather than showing the number.
You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method.
Signing in with a method that is not attached to your account creates a second, separate account rather than joining the two. To use more than one, attach it to the account you are already signed into — that is what linking a provider does, and it is the only way the two become one.
BiomarkersIQ requires an active subscription. Without one, the app will not generate new reports for you.
The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm, and again on Apple’s own confirmation sheet. Those are the terms you are agreeing to — this page does not restate them, because they depend on where you are and on what Apple has already offered you.
Whether a free trial is available to you is Apple’s decision, not ours. An Apple Account that has already used the trial for this app will not be offered it again, and the app says "Subscribe" rather than offering one it cannot give.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple charges the payment method on your Apple Account.
You can cancel at any time in Settings, under your Apple Account, or through the Manage subscription link in Profile — which opens that same screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends.
Payment is taken by Apple. We never see your card number, billing address or payment token, and we cannot issue a refund — refunds are requested from Apple, and Apple decides them.
If your subscription lapses, your account and everything in it remain. Your readings and the reports already built stay on your device, and subscribing again restores access to new ones.
